Front brake squeak

2000 miles - developed front brake squeak upon application of brake.  Annoying.  Any home remedy?

I'd have your dealer check that out for you.
With only 2,000 miles you shouldn't have any noise issues.

That will be the plan at 4k with the next oil change.  Not thrilled about camping out all day with them.

    I hear that brother.
Dealers always have been a pain in the butt.
Yamaha needs to kick these dealers into shape IMO.
    Good Luck

Spay the brakes / rotor with compressed air.  Then clean the rotors really good with Brake cleaner.  My last bike was very sensitive to the amount of brake dust on rotor and would squeak/howl on the brakes until I cleaned them up again.

If its brake dust causing it, it will make it stop.

Yeah Grumpy's outline works great. Had the same thing and compressed air blew out the grit causing the issue.

I'm with grumpy! But I'd spray brake cleaner!

Did the air blowout - definitely helped.
