i think I need some custom risers made.... I put on my ape hangers but they are pulled to far back but are unable to be pushed forward any.  I have the factory Yamaha fairing on my bike.  Any ideas??  I DO NOT have the tools or equipment to make my own brackets.

The mirrors point towards the ground and have been adjusted all the way up, where I think I need new mirrors with more adjustability I just believe I need new risers so I can push my bars forward to get them more vertical.  Any help out there?

Im not really wanting to go back to my factory bars and cable because of the money invested in my apes and cables

With aftermarket fairings will ape hangers fit more easily because of the aftermarket fairing design?

I thought those risers didn't work with the stock deluxe fairing.  Am I wrong?

The baron risers can work with the stock fairing, I have them, but custom brackets need to be made up.

The HR1 risers are less than half the cost of Barons. Both risers need a solution for the fairing brackets to Bolt up.

I have a question? 1, with the risers do you also have the touring bars? 2, If so, did you have enough cable and wires to reach?
I would like to pull my bars back another 1.5 inches  8)

Yes, I have Baron risers and the touring bars. The cables and wires worked, but the brake line was a bit tight, not unworkable, but tight
I changed out to slightly longer braided lines when the fairing went on

I have the stock bars. There is definitely enough wires, but hydro lines barely reach on mine. I understand the touring bars are more narrow, so they might work together.

I have a hunch that the touring bars and the stock bars are made from the same length of tubing, and there is just more bend in the touring bars.

My touring bars, while they work fine, caused the cables to be rerouted. If they are not the exact same length, they may be slightly longer. They certainly are not shorter.

Thanks Smokin, really thinking about the risers.
