Time to move on
« on: December 23, 2017, 05:13:13 PM »
As much as I liked my Strat, with the impending 3rd gear loss along with other age related issues, it was time to get rid of it. Had my eye on the Indian for a long time now and when this sweetie showed up at local dealer, the decision was made.
The indian is such a nice bike. I went to see the new transcontinental and was so underwhelmed we didn't even take the test ride. The Roadmaster is everything I wanted and a stereo that I can hear doing 90.

I'll post in a couple days what parts I was able to pull before trading it.

Loved being on here and talking to and meeting some of you. Your advice has been invaluable on maintenance and upgrades. Every strat I see going by gets a second look from me so I'm sure I'll see you on the road somewhere.
